Based on a true story, Free Men (Les Hommes Libres) is a tense historical drama set in occupied France in World War II. An Algerian immigrant, initially recruited by the Secret Services to spy on the rector of the mosque who is suspected of helping Jews, is inspired to join the French Resistance.
