Director Louis Garrell also takes the lead in this enjoyable French melange of comedy, romance and Hollywood heist movie. He plays Abel, a depressed young widower whose vivacious mother Sylvie marries a convict she met while teaching at a prison. Caught up with his suspicions of his new stepfather, Abel remains blissfully unaware of his developing feelings for his best friend Clémence as they get involved in a zany heist plot.
