The Taste of Things, formerly Pot-au-Feu, stars Juliette Binoche as Eugénie, an esteemed cook in ‘La Belle Epoque’ France, who has collaborated with a celebrated gourmet Dodin, played by Benoît Magimel, for over 20 years. Normally, Dodin devises the dishes while Eugénie executes them to perfection, but when she finally allows him to cook for her, their relationship takes an unexpected turn.
